Dr. Donna Vallese

Dr. Donna Vallese is a dynamic leadership expert, professional certified coach, and visionary change-maker with over 25 years of experience transforming education and developing leaders across industries. Known for her bold, equity-driven approach to leadership, Dr. Vallese has helped improve student outcomes, elevate educator effectiveness, and build inclusive, future-ready learning environments in K-12 systems across the country.

As the Founder and CEO of Inspiring Leaders LLC, she partners with both educational and corporate organizations to deliver executive coaching, leadership development, and professional learning experiences that drive measurable impact. Her unique ability to bridge the worlds of education and business has made her a sought-after consultant for leaders seeking to innovate, transform culture, and disrupt the status quo.

A TEDx speaker and recipient of the Education 2.0 Visionaries Award, Dr. Vallese is also a best-selling author, co-authoring Educational Luminaries: Triumphing Over Systemic Hurdles and Ed. Matadores: Revolutionizing the Educational System, among others. Dr. Vallese holds a Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction, an M.S. in Educational Technology Integration, and advanced certifications in executive coaching. Dr. B. is the driving force behind PowerTalk Radio Show and B-Global Magazine, platforms that amplify the voices of entrepreneurs and thought leaders on a global scale. She also leads the Alive and Beautiful Foundation, supporting cancer survivors through impactful programs.

With over 30 years in education, Dr. B. plays a pivotal role as Chair for Educational Reform at Leaders of All Nations and collaborates with Dr. B-Global, LLC to provide specialized training in publishing, authorship, and strategic legacy-building.
